On Tuesday, June 25, 2024, Dr. Chanyanuch Morasilp, Associate Dean for Student Development, presided over the opening ceremony of the “Workshop on English Skills Development for the Workplace” at the Faculty of Management Technology. Mr.Pornprasert Thipsawat, Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs and Research, outlined the objectives of the program, which focuses on enhancing students’ English communication skills. The workshop aims to improve students’ proficiency and confidence in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English, preparing them for entry into the job market and targeted industries of the country, as well as for global engagement.
The workshop was attended by 249 students from the Accounting and Finance program and the Business Innovation and Information Management program. The training sessions were led by English language experts from the Faculty of Science and Technology, including Assistant Professor Ratnigorn Nakplak, Assistant Professor Kalyakorn Soemsuk, Lecturer Phairapan Eadkaew, and Lecturer Kamonnet Eadkoet.
This program was designed to raise awareness among students about the importance of English in the workplace context and to equip them with skills that will enhance their competitiveness in both domestic and international job markets.
